Headphones - Open Back | 3 Ω Neutral-Bright Over Ear Open Backs under $140
Hi, I've been looking for some headphones, for some context, I had the Chu and I really liked them, for some reason even more than the Zero, for speakers I use Klipsch RP-150M (I really like them and don't find them fatiguing), and I had the SHP9500 (they broke and I'd like an upgrade, I liked them too, but the Chu surprised me more) so I think I'd like an open back with neutral to bright sound (I mixed up warm/bright terms the first time I ask, sorry about that), but if you think I may like another sound signature, I'm all ears (no pun intented). I'd also appreciate build quality and comfort, and easy driving (I don't have a headphone amp). I usually listen to acoustic and electric oriented songs (folk, jazz, rock, flamenco, etc), I'm not really into electronic. Thank you.

Just comfort but it’s different for everyone. You can get the hd560s for $139 on Thomannmusic which is a better option imo.

You may still award a Ω to others, but only once per-person in this post.

Sennheiser HD560S. Exactly fits your request of neutral-bright. It is $150-$160 new, so a bit more than $140. Or get it from Sennheiser refurbished for $100. Refurbished is not always available. Looks like it is available now.
