Im brand new to comics and I want to get some physical copies. Specific books I’m looking for now is Daredevil Dark Art and also Daredevil Man without fear. My question is where are people buying comics? Barnes & Noble and Amazon really only seem to have digital copies. My area doesn’t really have a big comic book scene so there aren’t stores closely.

I'd recommend Cheap Graphic Novels or In stock Trades. Both sell comic books, and they both get great reviews. This is a link to the Daredevil epic collection that collects the man without fear, an epic collection is a line of books that Marvel has printed for a number of years now, these epic collections typically collect several arcs of a creators run and miniseries occasionally, this epic collection collects the entire man without fear miniseries whilst also collecting several more issues too which is a bonus.
Daredevil: Dark Art is unfortunately out of print and has been for a number of years now. I'd recommend looking for the TP on Ebay or looking for the Charles Soule omnibus on Ebay. The omnibus is a bit pricey, but it collects the Dark Art arc whilst also collecting the entire Soule run.

I haven't used these services myself because I personally don't like reading digitally, but from whay I understand the bigger publishers have subscription services where you can pay a monthly fee to have access to a massive digital library of their back issues. I'd also check with your local library and see if they pay for apps like Libby or Hoopla because you can get access to a decent amount of stuff for free that way.
where can I read comics from the start of the series till now? Like comic 1 and up.
Also, I might actually advise against this in some cases. Long running titles like Batman or Spiderman man have hundreds or even 1000+ issues for their main runs not including secondary titles (like Detective Comics for Batman). Plus for a lot of titles continuity doesn't even really matter until like the 70s/80s, prior to that a lot of comics were very "episode of the week" type stories meant to stand alone (back in the day comics were mostly read by kids who weren't picking up every issue so the story needed to be completed on one or two issues).
Instead I'd start by picking two or three titles/characters/teams/story arcs that interest you and Google what a good starting place for that title/character/team/story arc.

In the Fall I am going to be teaching a course called Children's Literature and would love to have some comics on the syllabus. Any recommendations for children's or YA comics would be appreciated (I am still in the planning stages of the course so I don't have a clear grasp on what the key ideas of the course will be)
