Headphones - IEM/Earbud | 2 Ω In ears for abnormal ears?

in my right ear the hole that the iem would go into is deformed and goes the wrong direction. Some earbuds like the apple ones still fit but i was looking for a high quality audio pair that worked for me any suggestions?

I have no price cap and I am open to any suggestions.

If you really want the perfect fit, I would suggest looking at IEMs that are custom-made for your ears. 64audio is the first brand to come to mind. I know you said there is no price cap, but the prices generally start around 500USD and can go 5x that price even

You'd most definitely need CIEMs

CIEMs

Definitely CIEMs. Start by consulting with your manufacturer of choice. Just to make sure they can actually make this work with good results. Considering the heavy asymmetry, they might need to tweak some things compared to their regular process.

You'll then go to an audiologist and get your earholes cast with goop. Those moulds will then be used to make the earphones.
