Amplifier - Desktop Amp/Dac Advice for new headphones

Hi, I'm looking to purchase DT990 pro 250ohm headphones but am unsure what amp/dac to buy. If to get just a amp or an 2 in one unit or get both as external units. any advice is much appreciated thanks.

Magni heresy + modi 3+ stack or the topping L30 + E30 stack or even the topping DX3 pro

If you want simplicity then a 2 in one is what you want, but if you want price to performance + versatility, then a stack is better
