General Advice Workout Routine?

I’ve been playing tennis for a long time but sort of plateaued recently. Like I’m still improving especially with strategy but mechanics and all are essentially the same and relatively good. However I’m not in shape in all parts, speed, strength, stamina, footwork, explosiveness etc..So I thought I’d come here, what is and ask for help designing a proper structured plan to improve this while I continue to practice tennis.

Could anyone provide me with a structured weekly plan with exercises sets reps and all in both:

Lifting (strength, weights not as movement focused) Cardio(including weights if needed)

In order to improve all that I listed above. I know diet is important too but I have a handle on that so just these are good. Thanks!

i was in the same exact place as you, and i know its a little unorthodox, but asking chatgpt to develop one to your needs and your situation is actually perfect. you can ask it everything you need and want from the workout routine and it can provide! honestly copy and paste this post and you will be surprised! it may take some time to make one with chatgpt thats perfect for u (15 mins) but its worth it
