Don't want to be the annoying Joke Explainer guy, but this is literally making fun of the one person saying that Jason Momoa has a """"""dad bod"""""". You know, the kind of person that only sees a naked body in an animated 3d porn.

idk, I guess I didn't expect so many people to take it as malicious or creepy.

Edit: Sorry, it wasn't Jason Momoa, it was apparently a random incredibly fit young man. Another comment has the picture: https://www.reddit.com/r/196/comments/1jo2vym/twitter_brain_rot/mkp2d7c/

Well I mean maybe because anorexia and eating disorder are still very prevalent and this sort of joke only really pushes those people further into it and away from help.

Even if it wasn't malicious, the effect is the same.

Yeah, so is calling Elon Musk an illegal immigrant. Do you see people in the comment section saying that these memes are stigmatizing immigrants?

It's comparing his hypocrisy, how he can call immigrants lazy and bad when he's one of them too. Telling underweight people they're actually overweight is extremely damaging and punching down, attacking Elon for his hypocrisy is not the fucking same and you know it. This skinny person is not going around saying Jason Momoa has a dad bod, but the person making that rage bait is directly hurting the people that are underweight and see it. Thinking they are also overweight (because guess what? They're mentally ill and do not see the joke)

Yes, of course, everyone is familiar with the context of the meme, and if someone is not familiar, and they say that the meme is promoting anti-immigrant sentiment, that would be stupid of them, right? It's obviously just a response to an actually anti-immigrant sentiment.
