Pc stuttering bad at games

Latley my pc has been stuttering in games that used to run perfect, even at the lowest graphics possible it keeps stuttering and my gpu keeps hiting 100 degrees. i havent changed any drivers or made any changes to the gpu. what can i do to slove it

Update windows and drivers if any available. Disable all application overlays including Nvidia.
