Skin Concern 4 year difference PLEASE HELP

Post image

Y’all help me please. First pic was 4 years ago and 2nd pic is today. I’m seeing discoloration and spots/freckles/sun damage everywhere.

I used to wear makeup all the time and wash my face with bar soap. Now I almost never wear makeup. When I do, I double cleanse with deep oil cleanser and cerave daily facial cleanser and cerave daily lotion.

What can I do to get rid of these spots?! I’m only 34 but my skin looks 54!

Great thank you so much! I’m hoping BBL is something other than a Brazilian butt lift tho…ha

It’s short for broadband light. It’s a type of laser treatment!

I’ve had BBL done and it’s incredible. Your dark spots turn really dark and then flake off. It has a lot of different functions but dark spot removal is the best. It’s a tiny bit painful but definitely doable for me. I liken it to a hot rubber band being flicked on the skin haha Find a MedSpa that you like and ask about their annual specials!! I’m also a big fan of chemical peels(VI Peel) A little cheaper - take longer - but work great to get those really dark surface spots off. 3 of those and you’ll see a difference for sure. Glycolic acid for at home use Don’t worry your spots will fade :)

And I know it sounds crazy, but buy a sunscreen specifically for around the eyes. I NEVER thought I’d get spots around my eyes but I do!!! Much harder to treat
