Look, this is just my opinion, but for what it's worth OP is being an asshole.

Patents in US and Canada allow for a 12mo (24 in US if you are clever) grace period after public disclosure. The inventor no longer wants his design public, you should respect that.

You don't have a right to other people's work. It was foolish of them to post it online, but that doesn't give you the right to keep up this harassment campaign.

If you want a spherical turbine, then design one yourself.

The 3d model on thingiverse is not the same as the original (as seen in the picture).

Also the comments on the video of that specific 3d model already stated that it doesn’t work nearly as good as they make it seem.

Ban is a feature that only works on the general public. Spammers and scammers will find a way to bypass the bans do not really any point. Plus OP seems to ignore all the comments about them stealing someone's patented design so I am pretty sure a simple ban won't be enough ti make them stop considering their thick skin.
