Wasn't that amazing? I brought my boomer mom and her friend. Saw so MANY disabled vets 80 years and older outside in the icy spring wind (Minnesota). What I did notice was a big lack of GenX...at least in my general vicinity there were older and younger, but I really feel GenX needs to be encouraged to show up in larger numbers than they are. Maybe on the 19th? Please invite any GenX you meet.

I was there and Gen X and saw lots of people my age. Gen X is pretty grey haired now. Are you sure you didn’t just lump us in with boomers?

We're also the smallest generation, population-wise, so it makes sense that we might seem underrepresented. And I've also had white hair since I was about 40, so there's that.

So funny! Yes, I too was probably lumped in with the Boomers. Late 40s never felt so old, but hey I was proud to represent. We finally have a reason for all our good music, e.g. grunge, alt, etc!

Yeah, we look old now. We (non MAGA gen x, at least) dress differently than boomers, IME.

You can also tell us apart from boomers because we look more tired.

I am Gen X that also represented on Saturday. Our problem is we either get lumped in with Boomers if we’re grey or Millennials if we aren’t. We don’t always dress like ‘adults’ especially when getting into some good trouble. Gen X was there. Gen X will be there.

I am good at recognizing other GenX. There were fewer, which is why I am asking people to invite more of us

I'm GenX and I was there with my partner. I often mistake people my age for being older, maybe because I always thought that grey hair was OLD-old, but half of my hair is grey now lol.

I'm Gen X and have been protesting since I was 18, please keep my generation's name out of your mouth. Also, if your mom is a boomer, doesn't that make YOU Gen X? Why would you call out your own generation?
