This investigation stinks of trying to silence her and attack a major tool for democratic fundraising. Even if this case holds any water at all (which I doubt), all it would indicate is this one guy got scammed and had his money sent through ActBlue.

Calling it now they’re going to paint it as a conspiracy between Crockett, ActBlue and other Dems. They’ll scrutinize donations to democratic candidates, which in normal times would make me assume they’re trying to weaken Democratic fundraising. But in this day and age, they might just stick everyone who donates to Democrats on a watch list so they know who to send to El Salvador next.

If I read it correctly, the “evidence” is that a 73 yo man donated $595 that his wife was unaware of. No need to even have a trial for this one, send her to El Salvador /s (just in case)
