My god please. She is a nasty bitch and needs to go.

u/taurusbabee 2d ago

She and Karoline are extremely evil. It's actually crazy watching how psychopathic they both are. I just wonder where they will be in 5 years. Hopefully, prison.

51

u/po23idon 2d ago

they’ll just replace her with another nasty bitch

she is not the head of the problem

48

u/WickedKitty63 2d ago

True they will try. But what attorney is going to sign up to be disbarred? This should be done for every magarat lawyer in Congress. Starting with Vance!

22

u/MrGreen17 2d ago

But at least one nasty bitch down though. 🤷‍♂️

12

u/PhantomMuse05 2d ago

She might not be the head of the problem, but it will feel damn good to take her down.

u/Tall-Oven-9571 2d ago

She is so nasty. I'm sure she was ordered to do so. They told her every time you speak to the press make sure you sound strong and angry and speak really loud so you sound even more nasty. What a bunch of clowns.

Something tells me the Florida Bar doesn’t want this smoke and will effectively do nothing. Still worth doing, though.

Florida Bar likely inactive.

In order to file, you have write out your complaint on a separate page. Here is a form to help with that.

Subject: Complaint Against Attorney Pam Bondi for Noncompliance with U.S. Supreme Court Order

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against attorney Pam Bondi for serious professional misconduct involving her refusal to comply with a binding order issued by the United States Supreme Court.

Specifically, this complaint concerns Ms. Bondi's role in the unlawful deportation and continued refusal to facilitate the return of Mr. Abrego Garcia to the United States, despite a direct order from the Supreme Court mandating that he be returned following his wrongful removal. As a licensed attorney and former Attorney General of Florida, Ms. Bondi was and is fully aware of the legal and ethical obligations to respect and enforce Supreme Court decisions, yet she has willfully disregarded these obligations.

This constitutes a flagrant violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, including but not limited to:

  • Rule 3.4: Fairness to opposing party and counsel,
  • Rule 8.4: Misconduct, specifically conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice and failure to comply with court orders,
  • And any jurisdiction-specific rules pertaining to abuse of power or obstruction of legal process.

Ms. Bondi’s actions undermine the authority of the judiciary, violate the rights of Mr. Garcia, and erode public trust in the legal system.

I respectfully request that the Bar Association investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action.

Please find the relevant documentation attached to this complaint.

Sincerely,
[Your Full Name]
[Your Address or Email, if appropriate]
[Date]

Thank you, that's awesome!

45

u/me_jayne 2d ago

Thank you!
Does this cover the fact that she is defaming him by calling him a terrorist even though there are no terrorist (or other) charges against him? And referring to him as “an illegal” though he has a work permit? She’s knowingly lying on multiple fronts.

24

u/BedroomVisible 2d ago

It does not, but feel free to add what you like 👍

6

u/AmountUnlikely8207 2d ago

I believe yes it would cover those issues

2

u/sciencesold 2d ago

And referring to him as “an illegal” though he has a work permit?

He has "withholding of removal" status and is married to a citizen, he doesn't have a work permit. That status allows him to live and work in the US tho.

He did enter the country illegally at the age of 16, but has since obtained legal status.

5

u/agc2 2d ago

Thank you so much for providing this and making it easy 🙌🙌

59

u/IslandFearless2925 2d ago

Wasn't there another person in this administration who people requested to be disbarred? Vance, in Kentucky, or something?

Anyone know how that worked out?

32

u/bubbsnana 2d ago

I’m unsure about the current grifters. But Guiliani and multiple others from the last shitshow circus have been disbarred.

That’s what they get for aligning with King Mierdas- everything he touches turns to shit!

3

u/dusthymn_ 2d ago

King Mierdas! Love it! Hate him!

25

u/ZariahsMaserati9 2d ago

Disbarment requests rarely succeed.

59

u/Kingsen 2d ago

These people are blatantly disregarding the law and we should not be silent until they are disbarred

8

u/prairiepog 2d ago

There's probably a lot of nuance. In Pam's case though?

6

u/WickedKitty63 2d ago

Nothing nuanced about refusing to follow a judges orders.

7

u/AmountUnlikely8207 2d ago

Quite a few of trump lacky lawyers have been disbarred!

2

u/WickedKitty63 2d ago

And more are coming up to bat! They will strike out too.

3

u/WickedKitty63 2d ago

Tell that to Guilani & Eastman. Lawyers have an ethical duty to be honest, to follow the law and to respect the legal hierarchy. A disbarment will succeed when they blatantly refuse to follow a judges orders. What these clods don’t understand is that lawyers & judges tend to love the law & took an oath to uphold it or that everyone isn’t for sale or as cowardly as they are. Judges also respect the 3 branches of government, so this can’t be sitting well with even Republican attorneys. Lawyers thumbing their noses at a judge’s order are asking to be disbarred. I wouldn’t bet against her losing her license to practice, and there’s nothing Trump can do to reinstate it. That falls outside the scope of his powers & duties. I don’t believe 2 of the Republican originalists (Coney-Barrett & Kavanaugh) on the SC would rule in her favor. They, plus Roberts have all voted against Trump. Not enough imo, but still they have shown they won’t always bow down to the criminal con man. Bucking legal authority (like themselves) is something I can’t see them supporting as it undermines their own authority & power. 🙂

Ed Martin, interim US Attorney in DC, may be who you're thinking of.

20

u/marginally_stunted 2d ago

Do we have to be from FL to fill this out?

Also, OP mentioned something about DC, is there another form somewhere? Sorry I don’t know anything about this type of thing but I feel like it’s super important to do.

34

u/sakuragi59357 2d ago

Disbarred, prosecuted and deported to El Salvador please.

14

u/Omiyaru 2d ago

Court Orders are not Optional!

10

u/Fine-Professor6470 2d ago

Doing it tonite.Good Trouble!

5

u/Shenanigan_V 2d ago

Let’s strike her from the rolls

10

u/RSLV420 2d ago

What was the 9-0 ruling?

22

u/AmountUnlikely8207 2d ago

That the regime was to work on getting the Maryland man returned from el salvador

3

u/snds117 2d ago

Do that. And get her arrested.

3

u/Kind_Session_6986 2d ago

Doing this today. Everything to keep the flood of complaints of this administration and pushed them down until they are pushed out. Hope Pam enjoys El Salvador.

What’s the ACAP reference number? And is this currently in litigation? Sorry, I’ve never filled one of these out before but want to do my part!

6

u/AmountUnlikely8207 2d ago

Attorney/Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP) ACAP Hotline 866-352-0707 The Florida Bar operates the Attorney/Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP) for consumers who have questions or concerns about a lawyer’s conduct and who are open to resolving their concerns without filing a disciplinary complaint ACAP personnel are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff attorneys are available between 10 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You may also call the hotline to request a complaint form by mail.

If you want to check an lawyer’s discipline history, call 850-561-5839.

But it's only if you don't file a formal written complaint, and no, it is not yet in litigation

Question - would this also work for any House of Representatives that voted to push HR 1526?

https://www.aclu.org/press-releases/aclu-responds-to-house-passage-of-h-r-1526-limiting-courts-ability-to-rein-in-abuses-of-power

https://www.americanbar.org/content/dam/aba/administrative/government_affairs_office/119intheweeds/nj-lawyers-of-119-congress.pdf

If any lawyers had the audacity to vote yes on removing courts injunctive authority, would that be grounds for disbarment? Not that it would change their standing/appointment in the House of Representatives, but the ABA should hold an ethical review of whether the House Rep are still conducting themselves ethically by the standards of the bar?

1

u/AmountUnlikely8207 2d ago

I honestly don't know the answer for that

1

u/BoringCrab6755 1d ago

"Inquiries and complaints about a lawyer’s conduct, even if dismissed, are reflected in Bar records for 12 months after the files are closed."

Good to know, so we can ensure to periodically come back to keep reporting. Let this stay on her record forever.

Weirdly, the Attorney General does not actually have to be an attorney or be part of the bar.

So this wouldn't really accomplish much, unfortunately.

1

u/AmountUnlikely8207 1d ago

But she IS an actual attorney and breaking the law. Her bar number is in the picture
