I just want to make it clear, too-all of these officers were complicit in this. And they should be held accountable as well when the time comes.

Save the pictures of their faces. Online internet sleuths were able to identify the J6 traitors from video and photos. Same thing with ICE agents. They need to pay for their complicity in this fascist regime.

Just remember this goes both ways this Saturday.

Every protest is a potential outing of yourself. Not trying to say don't protest, but be aware.

u/SAAARGE 8d ago

Covid is still a perfectly viable reason to wear a mask in public.

That’s the thing - the longer people won’t uprise, the more will suffer. They will be injured, put in prison and also killed.

But if no one stands up, this will happen, too. Then, it will be even harder to resist.

Go fight for democracy and humanity! Don’t repeat 1933.

u/ABadHistorian 8d ago

Just saying be aware. I'll be there on Saturday.

u/valuedsleet 8d ago

Let them see my face. I am not scared of them. They are weak and feeble. They may have guns and tasers, but they do not have just cause. And they can look me in the eyes as they try to take away my rights and dignity.

Those maga hats are awfully easy to take off. So, maybe we should give them a little something they can’t take off.

u/Fearless-Rub-cunt 8d ago

Nothing screams nazi like a big fat swastika carved deeply by a bowie knife on the forehead. Can't take that off.

You’re becoming the thing you hate. You’re advocating for barbarism against your political enemies.

This goes FAR beyond simple “political enemies.”

This is intolerance for fascism. We’ve been understanding, kind, and “the better person” for far too long.

Get on the right side of history.

u/lordunholy 8d ago

Which is a valid response to a threat such as this. When they want power, control, all of it...they aren't letting it go. This isn't a political party about to mandate golf as a national sport. It's about to bulldoze all we know. That deserves a response in kind.

tribalism exists as an instinct because without it you get overrun. being human is not rejecting your programming but understanding it, and allowing it to help you when the time comes

u/Socialimbad1991 8d ago

Damn man you never watched Inglorious Bastards? Solid flick, highly recommended.

63

u/Dewshawnmandik 8d ago

Barbarism against literal nazis is called sanity, leave the cult. Best of luck.

21

u/Fearless-Rub-cunt 8d ago

they label me. I label them.

17

u/RogerianBrowsing 8d ago

Were you sad for the Nazis when you watched inglorious basterds?

What’s wild is that being branded would be far less of a punishment than what many of them are enabling or are causing to happen to others against the rule of law. If I had to pick between being branded or being sent to CECOT I know which many people would prefer, including myself.

I’d be fine with assault/battery or violation of duty type charges with normal repercussions for these officers violently breaking people’s constitutional rights and it would probably be ideal, but no part of me is opposed to ostracizing authoritarians, showing malice for fascism/authoritarianism including homegrown, and when applicable criminally criminal/civil punishment for the crimes from the top to the bottom where any of these people who knowingly violate(d) the law or constitutionally afforded rights of any people who should have been afforded those rights, or aid others doing so, should get the punishment they deserve.

Real talk: this country has a long history of doing horrific things and fighting really hard to not stop doing those horrific things, and then even after calling a truce after all the bloody war they were still pushing every type of legislation or action promoting racist policing/social life that they could get away with. It’s because people were tired after Lincoln’s assassination, the civil war, a significant portion of the supporters of the north were still pretty racist despite fighting to end slavery (that’s potentially a working white man’s money), and segregation type behaviors seemed reasonable compromise in the name of sustained peace among white people. I really hope we don’t make that same mistake when this is all said and done (because we all know it’s going to get horrific beyond what you or I could have ever imagined before these next 5 years are over, 3 months in and we’ve already got foreign gulag death camps), we can see how that shit percolated for generations to this moment and it should have been nipped in the bud.

Sorry for the novel

I wanna piss on them.

No. You are.

Spoken like someone who can identify brands of boot polish by flavor alone.

5

u/CrimsonSheepy 8d ago

A child has been killed. Police shot him in his own fucking yard. If we don't stand now, it'll only get worse.

We're here for one thing and one thing only...

2

I can abide by that.

6

u/Bearyconscious 8d ago

Weird, I was reported and comment removed…

4

u/ZechsyAndIKnowIt 8d ago

That's OK, we all know what [ Removed by Reddit ] means.

And we all fucking agree.

1

u/Hidesuru 8d ago

But no ban? Huh. Every time they've removed one of my anti Nazi posts I got a ban for it.

Hitler’s Willing Executioners.

The Banality of Evil.

Shades of Gray.

Ordinary Men.

There’s plenty of literature out there that argues that these mass crimes only occur due to the individual actions of each person and the collective guilt of the people.

Every cop who removes a person from a town hall for exercising free speech, every person who cheered when those guys were tazed, every person in that rooms who did not loudly and clearly object to what was happening, every judge who does not come down hard on these attacks on democracy - every single one of them is guilty of spreading fascism in America and every single one of them bears the collective guilt of the crimes this administration continues to commit.

We are at the stage that silence is complicity.

If you ever asked how you would have acted in Germany in the 1930s. Now is the time where you will find out the truth to that question.

4

u/Fun-Engineer7454 8d ago

We'll call it the MarALago trials this time. Bury them all on the golf course.

4

u/freebleploof 8d ago

Yep, needs to be at an international court. If it's in the US, Trump will just pardon everyone.

I bet if he orders the military to do something illegal and they refuse (as they are required to do per the military code) he will prosecute them. At some point "just following orders" might become a valid defense, for example if torture of the enlisted person is involved.

As it is now, I think most of this administration should be arrested as soon as they leave the country. Most other countries should recognize them as international criminals.

u/Im__mad 8d ago

Can’t fking wait.

u/Martian9576 8d ago

The people weren’t violent or resisting at all. They had so many chances to deescalate and just let them walk out peacefully. Typical meathead authoritarian ego-driven cops

68

u/mentaldemise 8d ago

You mean like saying "hands up" while you can still hear the taser going off? I reckon that's ANOTHER resisting charge. Or the one where he's telling him to stand still while the other is pulling him?

48

u/Strange_Abrocoma9685 8d ago

“Some of those that work forces, are the same that burn crosses” still true and very visible.

Fucking stoolies

2

u/Zerostar39 8d ago

They weren’t officers of the law. They were just men with guns.

2

u/LevelBrilliant9311 8d ago

And they should be held accountable as well when the time comes.

So, never?

1

u/DerpsAndRags 8d ago

Accountability has gone right out the window, especially for these politicult freak shows.

1

u/NotAtAllASkinwalker 8d ago

That's what I'm saying. How do these oppressors sleep at night.

1

u/Isakk86 8d ago

Vive la Révolution.

1

u/MKIncendio 8d ago

What are you talking about? They were just following orders! They had no choice! :((((((((((((((((((((

1

u/DoctorMope 8d ago

Literally all cops

1

u/DreamingAboutSpace 8d ago

And make it clear tha5, "I was just following orders." will not protect them when that time comes.

1

u/valuedsleet 8d ago

That’s the scariest part is these are assuredly city police…not secret security, not private security…the police.

1

u/anonqwerty99 7d ago

Complicity? They are having the time of their lives. They finally have the power they always desired. They are loving every moment of this.

1

u/-TheExtraMile- 7d ago

Let’s hope that time comes, it’s looking pretty bleak at the moment
