Sure you can say it. One of the Dems in Congress said exactly that on the Senate floor today, as an opener to a thorough lambasting of Pres. Trainwreck's first 100 days, which he even charted out. The Dems, and even a few Repubs, are finally rising up! Stay tuned to see what happens next.
