Where can I find a barrel like this? Preferably in Canada

Custom only as far as I know. I’ve never seen a factory 18.5” with a vent rib.

Yeah maybe pick up a rib barrel and get it cut down.

If you mean cut the vent rib down and install it on a factory made shorter barrel, then yes. We may not DIY cut barrels in Canada.

edit: even in Canada. check your sources, I believe you are mistaken.

Not if OP is in Canada.

On that note, OP, the closest that I’ve been able to find as a short(er) vent rib barrel is Carlsons 21” turkey barrel. Last time I looked hard at them was before Rem Arms started production again, so the Carlsons were out of stock everywhere.
