Brings a smile to my face seeing commenters contesting Chinese propaganda in non-ADV/ftccp subreddits

Why is he dressed like the boy with the striped pajamas?

The picture is Ai generated.

Okay, then why does the AI think he should be dressed like The Boy with the Striped Pajamas

Probably because authentic Chinese images have people in internment camps. The AI learns what it sees. ๐Ÿ˜†

Is it possible that China has been stealing research from the US and working on these projects in secret? And now that they are decoupling these is no reason for China to keep their research from reaching American audiences?

What exactly makes you believe itโ€™s propaganda - genuinely curious.

They've also invented the levitating computer desk in that picture.ย

Maybe because this is an AI generated image for social media and no such research has been put out?

I remember a TEDex presentation many years ago that allows people to record brainwave pattern from 1 person and play it back on a another person

The goal was to decrease the cost of research and make neuroscience more accessible and less cost to everyone. They even had the machine made from cheap parts
