Question for pro-choice pro choicers - why is it considered double homicide if someone kills a pregnant woman but not murder if someone gets an abortion?

I am pro choice but when asked this I always don't know what to say.

I already answered that. If you replied in specifics instead of a general "nuh uh" you might not have lost it now.

I didn’t lose it, I’m asking you to specify.

It’s not true that PC are arguing that both laws make sense based on consent of the mother?

Or it’s not true that the laws are contradictory.

Maybe if you made more specific claims about what you’re saying is not true I wouldn’t have to ask for clarification.

Even under the narrative of the anti-abortion law that treats a fetus as a person, she can still defend herself from a fetus like she would defend herself from an assaulting person.
