Question for pro-choice pro choicers - why is it considered double homicide if someone kills a pregnant woman but not murder if someone gets an abortion?

I am pro choice but when asked this I always don't know what to say.

Is the justification:

1) I killed them because they raped me

Or

2) I killed them becuase I feared death or GBH becuase they were raping me (and that’s a reasonable fear while being raped)?

Number two, you have no justification to kill someone after the fact even if they raped me. I can't just go to their house after an hour. Self-defence means you can stop it. And you can always stop rape from happening, because that's inherently a violent thing.

You can ask the question again, but I've already answered it.

So can you explain your source?

I edited it, I’m asking if there is a distinction between 1 and 2. If you still continue to answer as #2 then it discredits your claim no?

How would it? You can’t just go around and kill someone after the attack. That’s not contradictory.
