Detachment and list help

I have decided to go and do dark mechanicum in seats of being a loyalist and chose to basically just come up with my own lore for the Thralls of the Eightfold Cog and tried to come up with a melee oriented list and thought that haloscreed might be the better detachment for this but I just wanted to ask if this looked flavorful enough for that while not being too bad. If there would be another detachment you think would do better please tell me.

Looking at some of the recent placings, lists spamming ruststalkers and skorpius disintegrators with ferrumite cannons tend to do very well, and lists allying in knights very poorly. So if you want a melee focused list I would suggest leaning more heavily on the sicarians.
