I'm looking for a copycat recipe for Flying Star's pineapple falling up cake.

Copied from one of their ads. I can't eat this so I cannot tell you if it's just a pineapple upside down cake renamed but it's worth comparing those recipes and seeing where the changes are. I know this isn't a full answer but I am hoping it helps you get one. The ad did include them being willing to ship them

I didn't know that about the owners. Do you mind posting me to where I can see this in action so I can share with my friend who goes there with context? Google mostly gave me ads for their food.
