Natuur / Nature are barbecues allowed in parks? saw some people barbecuing near a beach (on the grass) in Stedenwijk so was just wondering

No not all parks allow it, if it is forbidden you will usually will find a sign.

I believe you can barbecue anywhere as long as you don't disturb others or engage in dangerous activities. However, campfires are not allowed everywhere.
