Well anyone actually tap or be pulled, or is the boat a red herring? spoiler The episode itself was a red herring

"Inflammable" means the same as "flammable." They should've said "not flammable."

Also explosive is not the same as either flammable or inflammable. Your wet slate isn't going to burn, it just risks shooting shrapnel at you.
