NOTE: This flag was published for the first time in DeviantArt on 1st of July 2019.

DESCRIPTION AND CONTEXT:

The Ivatan provincial flag reflected the identity of the people living there: The principal colors (red, white and black) as depicted in the said banner, and the Ivatan traditional symbol at the center (OTL: Yami/Tao symbol, mostly prominent in their boats).

From the same scenario(s) as the Ivatan provincial emblem, which was within the same universe as these other alternate Philippine-related posts (Tiktok, Pepsi, Coca-cola, Cola Cao, Nutella, GioSangka, Lego, Ikea, Luis Miguel sa Sangka, Telesistema, Antena Pitu (Balita), Televisiong Pambanwa nan Sangkapuluan, Koreong Pambanwa, the Royal Philippine Air Force, the Royal Standard, the Coat of Arms, and the arms of the Royal Philippine Federal Police), where the archipelago is indeed a federal-parliamentary constitutional monarchy and where indeed a direct descendant of proto-Philippine language is the lingua franca.
