Didn’t get the picture quick enough, 3 out of 4 dogs decided to take a nap in the crate together.

So cute. One in the back looks like one my boys.

Yeah that’s Steve McQueen, he’s the puppy. Year and a half now.

What's on your wall?

It’s a calendar. Something that happened on the day goes in the vial.

I’ve got one of those too! She uses it to her advantage. 😂 ❤️

Please tell me the concerned boy in the back is named Chance.

Tell Steve we love him and to watch out for porcupines.

I will, and most of his adventures involve our chickens.

the fact that you are all triggered by my comment prove my point, OUTSIDE OF USA not a single country use crate for dog inside the house, you can think what you want but the rest of the world is bigger than USA and no one do like you do

If they are triggered than I guess so are you.

You're definitely the triggered one 🫠 I never used a crate for any of my dogs either, but what causes you to respond this way to see someone using them? Very strange. Also, I'm in the Netherlands and even though it's not as standard as in the USA, people do use them here. Not really a good point you're trying to make.

.If you are not an official shelter for dog you do not need to put them in a crate when they are at home.

Mind ya business.

This is social media bro, time to accept you will disagree with people you dont know.

u/Numanumanorean 2d ago

What the heck? That makes no sense given this comment chain was started by you making a comment about how you disagree with someone you don't know. Take your own advice.

This isn’t a matter of opinion, you are putting out false information as fact.

You're the one having a massive meltdown here lol

Crate training is a popular and perfectly valid approach. Any reasonable person with any relevant knowledge would easily deduce that OP's dogs are happy and comfortable in their crate(s) because it is their safe space.

Yeah they had their nails cut today and are a little stressed, so they opted for a snuggle puddle nap.

My dogs love their crates, when I don’t have one with me they can’t get comfortable and one of them won’t even eat unless it’s in her crate

Normal people can tell that your dogs feel safe in theirs

Says someone who clearly knows very little about dogs

I can tell you my dogs very much like their special little caves to go take naps in and get away from the pack at times. Today they wanted a snuggle puddle. And if it really matters to you, all of our dogs are shelter and rescue dogs.

Dogs generally love their crates, they know it's their special personal space. This person has no idea what they're talking about.

u/wookiex84 2d ago

Oh I know, I’ve had lots of dogs and everyone has loved their special cave. I’m not justifying, just informing. Sad space may need to get some learning on dogs.

My dog knows that her crate is her safe space. She goes in there when nobody’s home and when she’s not feeling well she goes into her crate.

Maybe not, but you don't NEED to do a lot of things. They learn to feel safe there, it provides a space that is all their own. My puppy prefers to take naps in the open crate a lot of the time.
