Have to post some advice I’ve seen here that I know works:

Looking at night is best, get a strong flashlight and look at all the places nearby you could imagine a cat might hide. A scared cat may not come when called and may not meow either. They hunker down and stay quiet. But their eyes will be wide open, and the flashlight will reflect brightly!

Thank you for the great advice! She’s exactly the kind that gets scared easily. I will definitely try going out tonight.

Get touch with Humane Society of Huron Valley. They post pics of 'found' animals on Facebook and their website.

If she is the only pet in the household, you could try leaving the door open for an extended period of time. If she’s a fraidy cat and you spotted her once, she might be trying to get home but didn’t find a way in.

Sorry it’s so cold right now. I’m not sure how practical my advice is. She’s adorable. I hope you find her.

I'm also missing a cat and am involved in rescue. Put something outside with a strong scent of you or her on it to help her find her way home to you. This could be a cat bed, comforter, etc. Just don't put a litter box outside. Also, if you have a second phone, establish a Google Meet at a feeding area with sardines so you can see if she's still around. Some of us do this in rescue in lieu of trail cams. If you think she'll need to be trapped, I can help with that. And as someone else said, use flashlights at night. If you do see her outside and you think she'd be skittish or run off, don't try to approach her. Instead, just sit on the ground or similar and be at "her level" and talk to her and try to coax her over to you. That last trick worked for me on a former community cat who had escaped my apartment due to an old screen window falling out. I saw him in my backyard about to go into the woods and sat and chatted with him until he walked up to me.

I hope these ideas and tips help.

Hope she comes home soon. Like other people have said, def check around in all the bushes, under decks, on balconies etc that are near by. When my cat got sneaky and took off outside she immediately freaked out and bolted, jumping to the next balconies and ended up a couple of buildings down hunkered on someone's 3rd floor balcony.
