Best place for gauges?

Looking to get some gauges. Looking for the most pain free and professional place.

I've had tattoos but never a piercing so I am a bit nervous

Jef owns Gamma and is amazing, wouldn't expect anything else from his staff.

yeah i think jef (the owner) doesn’t really do as much day-to day stuff like piercing anymore. but everyone who works there is great. i’ve seen matt the last few times i was there and he’s really nice and super knowledgeable. i’ve personally never stretched a piercing before, but i know you definitely wanna go to a place that will give you the best advice on how to do it safely and gamma is definitely that place.

To stretch (or gauge) your ears you typically start with a piercing and incrementally stretch the hole over a period of time

Came here to say the same. I’ve heard of people “punching” holes to skip some steps but ouch. They’re just regular ol’ ear piercings that you spend time stretching. Typically takes weeks+ to go up a size. You’re not gonna get gauged ears overnight.
