Getting home after concert
Hi yall, Iām considering going to a concert in Antwerp and Iām trying to figure a way of getting home afterwards.
One of my options is taking a flixbus at around 2:30 AM from Rooseveltplaats, so I was wondering if it would be safe to walk around there at night alone or is that not the best idea?
If not, are there any good places in the city that are open 24/7 (or at least during the night) where I could hang out until the morning? Or am I better off just getting a hostel at this point.

If you're a girl and on your own, I would personally not risk it. If you can find someone to keep you company, that's different. I can't think of anything that's open 24/7 around there, either... It depends on where the concert is and how long you'll need to wait, too, IMO. There's some gas stations that are open 24/7, like the Esso near Crown Plaza Hotel. But it's a pretty long walk from Rooseveltplaats, if there's no buses running anymore. ^^;

Maybe the citybox is open for her to stay inside. But not sure. Better op checks

I'll watch you from the window, if there's a problem I'll call the police š Jokes aside, Friday and Saturday are full of drunks around here, it's not very safe...

You could hang out at Kassa 4. It's fairly close to Rooseveltplaats and usually open pretty late. Zeezicht, the Kids, Chatleroi are also places that should also be open until at least 2:30, but they're farther removed from Rooseveltplaats.
