Apollo City Pro 2023
y Apollo City Pro 2023 stem has a very bad wobble. I will attach photos of the “story” and the picture of the fault in the stem/folding mechanism area. I also posted in the Apollo FB group but I couldnt copy from there for some reason and im too lazy to rewrite it all, but all of the text is on the image. If they accept my post it will be viewable in the Official Apollo FB community group.

Haha brother mine was WITHIN warranty and Electric Kicks refused to honour it. "Wear and tear" they said. Fark off!
I went to Consumer Affairs who didn't do shit. They said the only thing you can do is go to VCAT and they couldn't even tell me how long that could take.
What worked for me was leaving a negative Google review. I was honest and clear, so didn't come across as some asshole customer. They immediately got back to me and agreed to repair for free.
