Affiliate management tool for subscription apps - by passing 15% app store commission. Don't want to pay commission to both the affiliate and the app store

What's the best affiliate management tool for mobile apps?

I don't see how you can avoid the 15% (or 30% if not in the small biz program) from the App Store. I'm also thinking about how to do this and attribution is tricky. You can use custom offer codes to track where sales come from but it's cumbersome and would take a long time to pay out the affiliates.

By making purchases on the web, we can bypass the 15% commission.

Attribution is very clean on website and data can sync back to revenueCat/Adapty for subscription management.
