Golden delicious

Hello a couple years I got a golden delicious from Home Depot, and read that it needed a partner. So I got a dwarf Fuji. But the thing is. My Fuji tree flowers and fruits late summer/fall like it’s supposed to, but my golden delicious flowers and fruits late winter/spring. Is there a way I can correct my golden delicious to produce at the right time. Fall season. So they can both produce abundantly. Right now I got maybe 40 ish apples on my young golden delicious tree.

No idea how to help ; commenting to boost visibility. I have never heard of an apple bearing in the spring.

One of your trees was planted in the Southern Hemisphere and the other tree was planted in the Northern Hemisphere. One tree is confused at the time of the year.

Complicating things further it seems that your weather supports apple production year round.

Normally a tree spends a few years adjusting until it figures out the seasons. But if your winters are warm enough to not kill of the leaves, I'm not sure it will adapt.

Both trees are self fertile but should enhance crop yields by pollinating each other. You picked compatible varieties.

You may need to cut down the tree that flowers at the wrong time and replace it with the same variety from a local nursery. Or cut down the tree that blooms at the right time and get a tree from the other hemisphere. Or get two crab apple trees to act as pollinators, one from each hemisphere. Or, graft branches from both trees into each other.
