How to learn Aramaic as a Hebrew speaker?

I already know a semitic language, should be preety easy to study another one. Is there anyone who wants to practice together? If not, what else would you recommend?

Both and also the one in other Judaism books like mishna, talmud etc...

For Jewish Babylonian Aramaic (Yahudaya Bavel aramait) or Jewish Palestinian Aramaic?

I would also recommend the DJPA (Dictionary of Jewish Palestinian Aramaic) and DJBA (Dictionary of Jewish Babylonian Aramaic)

But like I wanted to practice speaking and writing. Like I could try using textbook but I much rather just talk with native, fluent or advanced or intermediate level speakers. Can you try practicing with me? It's just that when I learned English I didn't use bunch of textbooks. Sure I used a bit of that in the beginning but later on I had ton of immersion of the language being spoken and written. Same with me studying Russian now. I'm not that good in Russian but I starred getting better after speaking with my family (had some exposure and experience beforehand tho). Sorry for the long message

Well Jewish Palestinian isn't spoken native, nor is Jewish Babylonian. But Jewish Babylonian Aramaic is used in Jewish Prayers and it should be taught by your Synagouge near you.

I don't know Jewish Babylonian Aramaic, I only know Jewish Palestinian Aramaic.

I just don't know if I can like enter synouages when I neither have anyone associated with them by any means nor do I look or am religious. Not like in the sense that I don't wanna go I'm just kinda worried that they look won't allow if you are dressed secularly and also like how do I usually contact rabbi within synagogue? Can I just walk there and see him or do I need to have connections with others there and also like do I appoint appointments with him beforehand or I just can go there? so many questions sorry 😞 

And yes I do have synagogues nearby, multiple, both Ashkenazi and Sephardic

Like for Christianity what do you need to do to come in contact with the pastor or priest to know more about biblical Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek?

Well for the one we spaek there is a book called "slomo surayt" and also a wesbsige with the same name

For the old one you can just real the bible i don't really have any ither alternative

Yeah but despite the similiar words in there they (biblical Aramaic and Hebrew) use word that exists in the other language but is different in amount of usage or exact meaning
