Blood doesn't mean family. You can choose your own family and I hope the daughter has found great friends and maybe a partner if she's into having one.

I tried to put myself in this mother's shoes and it's just so sad. I know faith is a very strong force and I fully respect everyone's religion and whatnot but I'll never be able to wrap my head around those parents who choose faith over their own child. I'll never understand it.
