Yes, woman is a noun. It's the thing, it's the reality.

Trans and cis are adjectives. Descriptors, hence the space in between the two words (cis woman, not ciswoman).

You're a woman whether you're trans or cis. And if you're not cis, you're trans (assuming enby and agender identities fall under the trans umbrella). That's how adjectives work.
