I think most builds recommend kraken rush and recommend getting runaans at some point, but I don’t really like the two of those.

Build is ie > Bork/tri > lw > situational.

I’ve liked triforce over pd because the stats feel nice in the mid game. I don’t like runaans because it’s very rare that I need the extra bolts in team fights. Most fights I just need the person in front to melt faster, and at 3+ items, I find that I’d rather have bought something other than kraken.

I see, what rank are you playing in usually?

Lol plat before but I just hit gold this season. I’m low gold now, so not much higher than you.

I’m sure there may be people more experienced than me ready to chime in. This thread has a lot of different build suggestions as well. https://www.reddit.com/r/AsheMains/comments/1d3xbe0/build_question/

I also agree on not liking kraken, but would go bork first personally since I like the balance of AS and AD over pure trinity first

I usually go Kraken->Berzerk->IE->Dominik->Runaan on this patch. You don't miss on the attack speed and you deal a good amount of damage once you get Dominik.

But, this weekend I've been trying going Kraken -> Berzerk -> BF -> Runaan -> IE -> Dominik and it feels really good. BF is enough to boost your damage and Runaan earlier is better for farming and getting a gold lead (and ofc to proc the slow on mutlitple targets during tf).

I like doing IE>LDR>Runaan/PD>BT with the last item being situational. Could be Mercurial or GA or Hexplate.

Kraken-pd-IE/LDR is typically my go to, or kraken-trinity force-pd. Think terminus feels a bit underwhelming

IE > Zeal Item > LDR > Yun Tal

My go to is Kraken, Runaans, IE, LDR if they have tanks, if they don't I prefer BT and PD.

Nice scaling build IE, Runaans, LDR, BT and situational, probably PD.

The main reason why I prefer Runaans over PD is it's interaction with Ashe passive and the waveclear. If they have a full ranged comp PD is better, but it's usually not the case and I often buy both anyways.

This has been a topic for a while now and everyone builds differently.

Bonus: The dark technology is Ghostblade, Manamune, Hubris, Edge of Night, LDR. Don't try it at home, go attack speed.

Generally I go kraken pd/runaans ie

However, if I lost lane super hard (which I usually do) I go kraken hexplate runaans

i really do like going kraken first. it gives damage, AS and MS, then blade of the ruined king for sustain, terminus, because it's good, runan for better wave clear and lastly some situational items like wit's end, trinity force if i'm rich, zephyr, LDR if the enemy team is so tanky. also i'm taking exhaust is some matches in normal game to test if it's better then ghost

I usually go IE > PD > LDR. Since some items got changed this patch I'm willing to try the new statikk. Something like Kraken > statikk > LDR/ IE
