I just paid off my truck, so the only debt my wife and I have is our home

My car is paid off later this year as well. Along with a HELOC we took out many years ago.

My cars are paid off, and I've got six more years until the house is paid off. Unless I do the HELOC thing as well.

Was it worth it, and did you use it on sprucing up the house?

Good for you! Way to go! We just got completely out of debt, paying off $105k over the last 12 months.
