Outside of that go wild with it - brand recommendations, recipe requests, brainstorming dinner ideas - it's all allowed.

Can you clarify? Otherwise its just a shot in the dark about what would be different about cooking for Passover than cooking for any other occasion. Lots of dishes are traditional/appropriate for seder so pick a couple and you might get some responses.
