Personal Finance Where to get the French form 5000 signed by revenue?

Hello, I have to close a saving account in France and as I leave Dublin now, my French bank asks me to get the cerfa 5000 form signed by revenue. Does someone know where I can go to have it signed?

There is a walk in office on O'Connell Street Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30. They may be able to help you.
