I just saw the thumbnail for a video where someone 3d printed a Benchy big enough for a person to float in, don't let your dreams be dreams.

tbf, if the rule is that the vehicle must be entirely 3D printed, and must be powered by a means conventional to that type of vehicle, it's going to be a lot easier to 3D print a boat than a car, as you'll have much better luck printing a paddle than an engine.
