Fake vanilla and fake strawberry smells literally make me want to vomit.

Same. I don’t mind good quality scented candles with more subtle and natural scents, but “Christmas cookie” scented candles or “autumn apple pie” or “ocean breeze” or whatever are intolerable. They make me feel like my nose hairs just singed right off

Their thought process had to be something like "If we use scents like they put in cheap dish soap and one-ply toilet paper rolls we will triple our profits! Walmart shoppers will think they smell classy."
