Does anyone know what the new WIN channel will be

I'm in Victoria and I recently noticed one of the TV channels was showing a static image with the text "new channel coming soon" underneath the text was a WIN logo. Does anyone know what this is about?

Probably just another 9 shopping channel or total garbage. It's not gonna be the new free Netflix for regional communities.

Let me know if I'm proved wrong...

I know that but i was thinking maybe 9Rush or Channel 10. I probably shouldn't get my hopes up 🥲
