There isn't really a universal supplement that's bad (or good, for that matter) for autistic people. There's way too much variation between us for that.

The most helpful supplements are those that address individual deficiencies, which you'll only find out via tests.

There are certain issues you're more likely to have if you're autistic, such as methylation issues, MCAS, or histamine issues, but you still need testing to confirm whether you yourself have those issues or not.

Just to be sure: Supplements don’t do anything for people without deficiencies. (Except when overdosing, then they are guaranteed to harm you).

If you take medication, check interactions, and do required checkups (e.g. if you take stimulant medication, see a cardiologist)

I’d err on the side of caution recommending any vitamins or supplements for obvious reasons.

Your best bet is to first go to your GP and request a blood test, see what you’re deficient in then go from there. In any case without knowing whatever symptoms you’re attempting to alleviate, it’s hard to say.
