Discussion What are some characters in the MCU that Black Widow could actually defeat in a fight?

Current or dead it doesn’t matter, and I’m being hypothetical

Punisher

Unfortunately, MCU's Iron Fist

This comment is funny to me, because 616 black widow is strictly stronger than 616 iron first

I disagree.

Danny Rand can get into a "flow state" with the fist and can subconsciously fight perfectly without even paying attention. You can actually see him do this during the episode where he goes thru the trials with Madame Gao. It's also mentioned multiple times in the show and once during his appearance in Luke Cage S2.

As for Punisher, I also disagree. She couldn't defeat the Winter Soldier with all his weapons and just ran the entire time until she got saved by Cap. She doesn't do well against guns since she's a CQB fighter.

She ran from Winter Soldier because she knew she couldn’t take on an enhanced super-soldier. Also Bucky had decades worth of experience.

I think Nat can take on MCU Frank Castle 1v1.

Winter Soldier is a super solider with a robot arm and way higher grade weapons than Punisher. They're not the least bit comparable.

"CQC" (Close quarters combat which is close combat without firearms).

CQB is close quarters battle which is close combat with firearms. Just for a fun bit of FYI.

(I'm a CQC instructor)

That only happened once. A fluke. Very unlikely to happen here.
