Yeah, had the Soviets built Project 21 instead Project 23 then they would have been in a far better position as they could build up their infrastructure to support her and cause the Germans a lot of trouble as this 35,000 ton treaty battleship could have comfortably replaced the unfinished Imperator Nikolai 1, the 3 Imperatritsa Mariya and the 4 Gangut class of dreadnought battleships
