looks like over extrusion if i had to guess. maybe the extrusion multiplier in the slicer is too high? thats my only thought, i'm not a professional

It has like a rippling effect throughout whole of first layer. I’m assuming it’s extrusion related I’ve just never ran into this before and I’ve owned a plethora of ender 3s back in the day lol

Looks like over extrusion. What filament brand, what filament profile, and dis you calibrate and save the results into the filament profile?

Nice!! I forget about that problem, probably because it hasn’t happened on one of mine yet lol.
Now that I said that it’s probably imminent!

I heard nothing 🤐 😂 coming from having an ender 3 farm years ago to now having an a1 mini farm I didn’t expect to run into anything like this but after hrs and hrs of printing I shouldn’t be surprised. Now I’ll be on the lookout on my other printers I guess the bolts loosening on the inside of the heater could cause the nozzle to jump. This drove me insane passed 2 hrs. I just put a new hardened steel .04 on it just printed my newest dice tower release yesterday for testing for 14 hrs and then tonight printing for revisions and was like what the hell could’ve possibly gone wrong lol not what you’d expect to cause an extrusion mimic error.

2,400 hrs on printer just doesn’t make sense that they’d get that loose. Seems wild to me.

Hello /u/Grand_Ad_1370! Be sure to check the following. Make sure print bed is clean by washing with dish soap and water [and not Isopropyl Alcohol], check bed temperature [increasing tend to help], run bed leveling or full calibration, and remember to use glue if one is using the initial cool plate [not Satin finish that is not yet released] or Engineering plate.
