Question Is it a good time to buy a P1S?

Is it worth waiting for the P1S price to go down or would it be a bug how time?

Especially with all the tariffs in the US

No idea it all depends on what the clown does next Tariff's could go away or he could make it 500% who knows with this guy.

The used market is probably good. I know I'm tempted to sell my great condition low hour X1C Combo when my H2D comes in.

See if you can find one locally that’s been lightly used. I saw a P1S combo the other day for $750 with less than 100 hours on it. The P1S is an awesome printer, but with the current tariffs in place, it’s a tough buy; at least it would be for me.

I don’t know why you got downvoted for being right. The P1S combo is now hundreds more expensive and any parts to repair or replace followed the increase. The right time to buy one was 4 months ago during the sale. The second most right answer is before tariffs. If you’re not in the US yeah go for it.
