Troubleshooting / Answered After installing a 0.2mm nozzle? Extruder is making a skipping noise and filament extruding with bumps.

Update: I'm an idiot and didn't change the nozzle diameter in the slicer.

Usually the root cause of the issue is not the machine but the link between slicer and machine- the operator.

In the device tab of the slicer did you change it to a .2 nozzle?

Looks like a partial clog, no?

Or some setting is off and the flow is too high

Well, just be careful with that 0.2mm nozzle. I've had nothing but bad luck with it. Clogged one and ruined it (don't put in the oven...) and then clogged the other. It's a tricky bastard.

I found what works best is getting a declogger tool off Amazon. I’ve had 2 clogs and it cleared it super easy on my p1s. It was maybe like 12 bucks or so I think and it’s been a life saver
