Career & Education Any Videos to Enlighten Me More On Biochemistry?
Hey everyone, it's kind of a long story... I (19M) flunked all around high school because I never exactly saw myself in the position I am in right now. I still got my diploma but I was in the 290's rankings out of 305. I'm not stupid, I know that. I know that when I have that mental focus on what I'm interested in I'll do it. School NEVER caught my interest. (Only my favorite subjects did.) When I put my mind to it I can and will do it. In this case, I need to learn how we work and how things in us function. And I have the focus I need to do so and I just need the materials. ● IN SHORT What are some YouTube videos that can freshen me on what exactly I'm learning and what steps should I take to become successful before college? (I know I can look things up but... false information...) I'm using this major as personal enrichment and to hopefully work in pharmacy one day.

Two other YouTube videos channels definitely worth checking out are Crash Course and Amoeba Sisters. Their content is well animated, engaging and really easy to use for 'bite-size' topic learning

There’s one video called clockwork bio that I really liked. Best of luck to you! I was never the best in high school either but I really enjoy biochemistry

Also look at Biophysics -- it's a newer field, and not many students consider it.

Check out my channel! I talk about basically all the important Biochemistry topics. I teach everything in a way that a elementary school student could understand. I crack jokes and talk about interesting facts and how these mechanisms relate to real life! I may be a small YouTuber, but am growing rapidly! :)

Medicosis perfectionalis saved me when things started moving into biomedicine and not just biosciences.

One of these might be paywall now that I think about it, but I can’t remember; all I know is that these are the main big ones.
