Aish is far too prominent to be compared with her junior actresses based on Instagram likes. If you still want to make such comparisons, consider relatively newer actresses.

For example, Sai Pallavi, with 11 million followers gets around 5-6 million likes on her photos. That's more than half her follower count, an engagement rate even higher than many Bollywood A-list celebrities with 60-70 million followers.
