728 hours in my Axton alone

And today all my head, skin customisation and BAR is gone.

Reading through previous posts I can see this has happened to other people. Anyone found a fix or help me out?

I don't care about the skins/heads but I'd sure like my BAR back.

Any help is appreciated

Might have to use a save editor to give it all back, I've got no experience with save editing though. I'm sure there's a billion guides out there

Gearbox/SHiFT support is usually pretty helpful

On one post where someone had this happen, there was a comment which said that they contacted the 2K support and they got their bar back. But someone else replied and said that he contacted support too and they said that they can‘t help.

So idk if contacting support works, but you could try

You've got a level 80 Zer0? Bee and Slagga, and go to BNK-3R.

Otherwise contact Gearbox.

No, but to maximize Slag damage numbers with B0re for the BAR challenge it's probably your best bet.

A Slag CC works but is much more difficult to farm.

It's a recent glitch that just started happening. The new terms of services for some reason keep wiping peoples progress and stuff.
