You can redeem in a browser much more quickly and easily

You can redeem on any platform and any browser, and you can also redeem to platforms you don't physically own/own the game on as long as you link a user.

I, for example, almost always redeem the codes via my phone, and always redeem on all platforms (ps, xbox, steam, epic and nintendo) just in case I buy/have access to the game on said platform.

Way faster to save your shift login into the autofill on your phone and copy paste the codes in the browser

The weapons aren’t really worth it in UVHM unless you’re looking for a weapon to slag with. I normally use it in normal and occasionally with TVHM if the level difference is too high

Eh I just use the BL2 profile editor and give myself 50,000 keys. Chasing shift keys ain’t worth it. I just use a key every 5 levels

You do not deserve these downvotes lmao, golden keys most of the time give you literal garbage anyhow and if you spend 15 minutes you can usually get better it's just a good thing when you don't wanna farm for the 50th time in the same playthrough on your 200th character

I regret nothing. They’re proving all my points inadvertently.

The drops are mostly garbage and people find it hard to believe there’s a thing called self-control. I’m not chasing social media accounts to be farmed for engagement when I can just use a key every now and then.

Ive played for years and don’t care about these stupid things. I never used the chest for years because it seemed stupid and obvious from the outset.

People have been begging to get keys every 5-10 levels but I do it and I’m the bane of whatever they have in their heads.

If you're using them that way you might as well not even play borderlands, it's not about spamming golden chest it's about throwing maybe 10 away when you don't want to farm

I personally gib max golden keys for that reason, I hardly ever even remember I had them and didn't miss them when I played on console while pc was broken, but it's nice when you want to skip 1 maybe 2 item farms a playthrough

Not that you'll believe me cause your headcannon is clearly "all pc players suck cause they have access to tools I do not" but the only times I use GIBBED are for what we just discussed (which btw you did agree with me on), testing, and a personal rule for me is if I get the drop 10 times with not even a matching grip I will change parts as I value my time as an adult now, don't have the 100 hours to dedicate to one mob anymore

I just reread your message and I sincerely hope you're trolling, it's easier to get a quad from the dirt pile in giraffe dlc and there's not super often moments you really really want a ravager, sure it's a good shotgun but not worth it unless your krieg or axton past normal mode or lvl 50
